MYTH – My income and spending drive my Money Life.

Many people believe their Money Life is ruled by how much money they make and how they spend their money. They believe if they make more money, or spend less, their Money Life will change.

But your Money Life is actually driven by how organized you are and how aware you are about your day-to-day finances. Having tools in place to help you stay organized and aware can make a huge difference in your Money Life.

However, what really impacts your Money Life is your Belief System. If you believe you’re supposed to struggle with money, you will. This can happen whether you have thousands of dollars saved or not. And if you believe you can afford to go on vacations, or buy expensive clothes, you probably will, regardless of whether you can afford it or not. That’s why many of us are in credit card debt.
